Crumbed Veal Schnitzel

Traditional, simple veal schnitzel isĀ a boneless veal steak that’s cut very thin and dipped in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, then shallow fried to create a crispy outer layer and a tender and juicy inside.

A kilo of this product is approximately 6 – 8 average size pieces (will vary according to weight)

500g is approximately 4-5 steaks.
