Kofta Kebabs

Kafta is a middle eastern delicacy that is full of flavour.  Quality beef mince mixed with onions, parsley, salt, pepper and a perfect blend of middle eastern spices that create a flavour explosion.

Often served in flat bread with tomato, cucumber and a yoghurt sauce.
