We offer a contactless delivery option (just add a comment on the checkout page).

All our meat is vacuum packed and heat shrunk.

This process pasteurises the packaging ensuring any surface bacteria is eliminated.

It also ensures all oxygen is removed from the bag meaning the meat will last in some cases up to 6 weeks in a refrigerator.

All products are clearly labeled with a use by date.

We use fully recycled plastic trays that can be rinsed and placed in your recycling bin.

The orders are all delivered in a refrigerated SAFEFOOD approved van.

We do not use styrofoam boxes for environmental reasons, however if you think you may not be home to receive your order we can place it in a foam box with ice on request.

We delivery Monday to Saturday only, but you can pickup at our Kareela Village store.  Our hours are as follows:

Saturday: 7am-4pm

Sunday: 7am-4pm
