Chevapi are a unique sausage, common to southeastern Europe, and known for their rich, juicy flavours and lack of casing.
These sausages are mixed with a blend of paprika, garlic, pepper and other herbs and spices to make them flavourful and delicious!
Best cooked on a grill for 4-5 minutes a side, until golden and springy. Serve in a wrap like a kebab with salads and sauces for an authentic experience.
