Chicken Kiev is a dish made of chicken fillet pounded and rolled around garlic infused cold butter, then coated with eggs and bread crumbs, and either fried or baked.
Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes in a preheated 180c oven. Timing will vary according to your oven.
Using an air-fryer? Approximately 10 minutes in an air-fryer preheated to 180c.
